Since 1992 Ralph Witherspoon has consulted to over 300 attorneys, both plaintiff and defense, who were handling premises security liability (adequate / negligent security), or intentional tort (shoplifting detention / false arrest, and use of force) cases. Over the past several years he has been retained in increasing numbers of “high stakes” cases involving personal injury, or wrongful death claim cases.

 
Ralph consults and, when requested, provides his expert opinions in reports and testimony regarding:

Additionally, he has been qualified and/or testified in United States District Courts in Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio and Puerto Rico.
