Consulting is highly experienced in both the security
and litigation arenas. With decades of hands-on experience
in premises security in many industries, we
currently concentrate our consulting on the following
areas: hospitality
(restaurant, hotel, tavern/nightclub); commercial
property (office buildings, parking lots and garages);
and retail stores. We provide clients:

threats, risk and vulnerabilities;
- independent audit or survey of current
security measures;
- security equipment planning, design,
contractor qualifications and administrative oversight
of installation;

Litigation / Expert Witness Services
Since 1992 we've assisted over 200 attorneys,
both plaintiff and defense, who were handling premises
security liability, or intentional tort (shoplifting
detention/false arrest and use of force) cases. We
consult and provide expert witness testimony regarding:
- crime foreseeability;
- standards of care;
- security policies, practices and procedures;
- actions of security personnel;
- adequacy of security;
- proximate cause.
